What type of apparel do you feature for sale on REBEL UNION?

Since we live in the city but play in the great outdoors, we're after versatile apparel that blends performance and fashion. Whether we're featuring a t-shirt or a snapback, it has to be durable enough to survive a trail ride, yet stylish enough to be worn to a weekend brunch with friends.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Items that are 'in-stock' are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of your purchase.

What shipping service provider do you use to ship?

We primarily use the United States Postal Service to ship merchandise. The USPS can generally get a package anywhere in the 48 continental states within 2-3 business days. On occasion, we'll ship using UPS or FEDEX.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates will vary based on time, weight and location. For more information, please calculate time and cost at UPS or USPS

Do you ship to addresses outside of the continental U.S.?

Yes! We ship to Alaska and Hawaii and can accommodate most international shipping. For international shipping, please email [email protected] with the products you'd like to purchase (please make sure to include size and color for each product you'd like to order). We'll get back to you ASAP with a total purchase price (including international shipping rates). After you sign off on the purchase price, we'll send you a PayPal request and we'll place the order after receiving payment. From there, your merchandise will ship when the regular shipments go out and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package goes out.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information once your purchase has shipped.

Returns

What's your return policy?

You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has shipped in return for store credit, or a credit card refund (less the cost of return shipping). Some items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We aim to please, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase at any point in time, shoot us an email and we'll see if can pull some strings.

How do I make a return?

Please email [email protected] and include your order number, the best way to contact you, and the reason you want to return your product. If eligible, we'll get back to you ASAP with your pre-paid return label and instructions.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

We strive to get your refund processed as quickly as possible. You will generally receive your refund within 1-4 business days after we receive your return package in the mail, and we'll be sure to notify you via email

My non-refundable or final sale item was delivered to me damaged. What do I do?

Contact our Customer Service team at 844-862-9868 or by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, the name of the product, the date of the purchase, and details of the damage. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
